I guess the best way to get your kids to eat healthy foods is to let them see you eating healthy foods. I gave J+J ice creams sundaes for afternoon snack on Sunday, but once they saw me with an apple and peanut butter, the sundaes were abandoned. I’ve tried to give Jason peanut butter a few times without success, but now, apparently, he loves it. And Jenna, she loves making peanut butter on apple slices. Let’s see, it’s messy, involves a knife and gets her lots of attention with big brother. Yes, all of the ingredients of a perfect treat.
