Kitty’s New Blanket

Jenna definitely inherited the craftiness gene. As soon as she woke up this morning, she announced that her kitten needed a new blanket. She went to get a paper towel that she apparently had stashed in her room and then sat down with a set of markers to make kitty’s blanket. And once it was complete, she put kitty down for a nap, all snug under his new blanket. Lucky kitten.

  1. My girls used to make blankets out of their wipes, though they never colored them – how lovely. I love the pictures! Your blog is beautiful! I’m Darcy by the way, I also blog for Land of Nod. Nice to meet you!

    • Hi Darcy – it’s great to ‘meet’ you! I loved your paper mache post and thought it was hysterical that your son questioned the messiness. I tried to do paper mache easter eggs with the kids recently and both complained that it was too messy. You never know how a craft is going to go over, I guess 😉
      Thanks for visiting!
